Terms and Conditions
Last updated July 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the veristas website and the AI chatbots, voice agents, automations, and consulting services we deliver. By engaging Veristas or using our site, you agree to these terms.
Scope of services
veristas designs, builds, deploys, and supports AI agents and automation systems as agreed in a project scope or proposal. Deliverables, timelines, and ongoing support commitments are defined per engagement and take precedence over this general document where they differ.
Payments and engagements
Project and retainer fees are billed as outlined in your agreement, typically in milestone or monthly installments. Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable; unused prepaid retainer time may be credited at our discretion.
Ownership and intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the custom agents, workflows, and configurations built specifically for your business. veristas retains ownership of its underlying frameworks, tooling, and pre-existing methodologies, which are licensed to you for use as part of the delivered system.
Third-party platforms
Our AI agents and automations often run on third-party AI models, hosting, and integration platforms. veristas is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by those providers, and will work with you in good faith to migrate or adapt where needed.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a best-effort, professional basis. Stratum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the AI agents and automations we deliver, beyond fees paid for the applicable engagement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
